'It's us again, hope y'all is doin' alright! We've been chillin' since the show in Örebro, but now mum has lost it again, we're doin' all kinds of stuff! The best idea she's ever had though, was to try tracking with us! Harry was first out yesterday and tracked down a very nice deerhoof! A little spooked once it moved, but worked very nicely through the track, even tasted the blood at the startingpoint. Nothing is as thorough as a borderterrier at work!!! Today both of us got one track each, the eldest went first and did a great job! A bit too eager, but that will settle with time. Went straight to the moosehoof and didn't want to let it go! =) Such a great dog! After that he got to try some retreiving, which he's not so very good at... 'Repetitio est mater studiorum'. After that I made a new track for Harry and before he went it, he did some retreiving too and he is GOOD at it! Excellent speed and precision out to the target, straight in and gives it to me! He then got to work his track and sniffed it up nicely! Still very suspicious around the hoof, but he's getting better. I'm soooo pleased with my dogs!
